Inspired by process, technology, nature and craft. CNC plasma cut steel legs with the signature Serif flourish mate with painstakingly hand selected book matched and single slab hardwoods. Unexpected surprises hide behind steel panels seamlessly integrated into the wood grain.
Web Series:
A signature starburst stretcher. Textured woods with moody finishes. A splash of leather.
Taper Series:
Born from the designer’s desire to reinvent a 3-way locking miter he’d seen on a 300 year old Chinese Scholars bench, the taper series is a celebration of complex joinery hidden behind minimalist form. Of course, the occasional maximalist grain pattern provided by nature should never be overlooked.
Tabac Series:
An homage to Midcentury. Subtle angles, book-matched hardwood and clean lines.
Loop Series:
The original Modern Industry collection. Explorations in steel and wood integration, with unexpected details.
